Group Training (1 Hour)
Our group training sessions provide guided workouts created and led by our certified personal trainers. We focus on different muscle groups as well as cardio and endurance training. Our groups are designed for beginners and experienced athletes. Our groups are co-ed and have a maximum capacity of 15 people. We offer groups 6 days per week.
Personal Training (Variable Length)
Personal training sessions can be tailored to meet your specific needs/goals. Please contact us to set up your free consultation and view our personal training rates. We specialize in weight loss, muscle building, endurance training, and student athlete training.
50+ Training (1/2 Hour)
Twice a week we offer functional weight training for aging adults. This incorporates light weight training, balance and cardiovascular exercise. Our participants range from the age of 50-75+.
Student Athlete Training
We will be bringing back our student athlete program for students grades 6-12. This will focus on strength and conditioning for upcoming sporting seasons. We encourage new and experienced athletes to join.
